Announcing Exciting Management Changes at Hall Mechanical
2020 marks Hall Mechanical’s 29th year in business as a leading plumbing contractor within the new construction industry. And while many companies might coast on their past successes, we’ve kept our eye on the future and invested in our industry’s notable talent. The fruit of our two year search is found in our exciting new Executives and Management team.
It is with pleasure that I introduce Tode Krstanoski as Hall Mechanical’s new Vice President and Eddie Frowiss as our new Chief Estimator. I will continue in my role as President with Tode and Eddie taking over Hall Mechanical’s day-to-day operations. As Hall Mechanical’s founder, I have been particularly careful about who would take on some of my responsibilities. Both Tode and Eddie are highly skilled professionals who bring a wealth of experience to their respective roles. Plus they’re really great guys who fit in well with our customers and team members alike.
Once we had identified our new Executives, we turned our focus to adding depth to our management team overall. We knew two of our long-time management members will be retiring this year, therefore we’ve backfilled their roles early to allow overlap and continued adding until we’d built our dream team in the field, estimating, office staff, and accounting. Together they will professionally serve Hall Mechanical and the building industry for many years into the future. Our new field managers are:
Dean Hall, Northern Division;
Wayne Martin, Western Division;
Chris Watkins, Southern Division, and
PJ Smelser, Eastern Division
In addition to welcoming our new management members, I hope you will join me in wishing Mike Welch and Barry King a happy retirement. Both have been long-term assets to Hall Mechanical and outstanding leaders within the construction industry. I wish both Mike and Barry many long and enjoyable years of retirement.
Sadly we unexpectedly lost a long-time supervisor in 2018 while we were actively conducting our management search. Many of you knew and worked with Jeff Clements, who passed away after a battle with lung cancer. His was a loss to our team and urged us toward a deeper management model.
Altogether I couldn’t be more excited about the opportunities that Hall Mechanical’s future holds. You, our Builders, General Contractors and Owners, have supported Hall Mechanical through these 29 years and I want to thank you. With our exciting new team in place, I’m confident about Hall Mechanical’s next three decades!
I look forward to connecting with you in the near future. In the meantime, please reach out to Tode or myself should you require new project bids or need help on an existing project.
